1、 Security protection confirmation
1. Confirm that the robot's safety fence, safety grating, and protective door interlocking device are intact, without obstruction or short circuiting; Check that multiple emergency stop buttons are functioning properly, and press them to cut off the power output between the robot and the glue supply system.
2. Confirm that there are no personnel, debris, or leftover fixtures within the robot's operating range; The warning signs in the work area are complete, the ventilation and exhaust system is turned on, and the adhesive volatile gas is discharged.
3. Check that the grounding circuit is reliable and that the cables and hoses are not crushed or damaged; Operators should be equipped with corresponding labor protection equipment and familiar with emergency response methods.
2、 Electrical and gas supply system inspection
1. Check that the total power supply voltage is stable, the control cabinet, robot cables, and communication connectors are securely fastened without looseness, and there is no dust or odor inside the electrical control box.
2. Check the air compressor, air source triad, and drain any accumulated water from the filter; Confirm that the gas supply pressure is within the specified range of the equipment, there is no air leakage or bending in the trachea, and there are no abnormalities in the pneumatic components.
3. After powering on, check the alarm information of the controller and servo drive, confirm that there are no fault codes, and enter standby mode normally; The robot performs a return to origin action and verifies the origin position.
3、 Robot body, tooling transportation and sensing detection
1. Check for any abnormal noise or oil leakage in the joints and reducers of the robot, and ensure that the end glue gun and fixtures are securely installed without any looseness or displacement.
2. Check the conveyor line, positioning fixtures, and carriers, and ensure that the countertop is clean and free of residue or debris; The workpiece positioning reference is free of wear, and the clamping mechanism operates smoothly.
3. Verify the photoelectric, proximity switch, and visual positioning sensors to ensure stable signal recognition and normal feedback of workpiece presence and positioning detection signals.
4、 Glue supply and filling pipeline system (core)
1. Verify that the glue model and batch are within their validity period and match the production process requirements; Check the stock of glue barrels to avoid a shortage of glue during production.
2. Check that there is no leakage of glue in the glue bucket, glue supply pump, high-pressure rubber hose, glue valve, and mixing pipe, and that the pipeline is not blocked by solidified residual glue; Preheat, stir, and vacuum defoam according to the requirements of the adhesive.
3. Two component glue filling machine, conduct ratio testing in advance to verify the stability of A/B glue ratio; Clean the nozzle, test the suction function, and reduce the risk of glue dripping.
5、 Program, process parameters, and trial machine preparation
1. Call the corresponding product program to verify the process parameters such as glue filling trajectory, robot movement speed, glue dispensing pressure, glue quantity, delay, etc., and confirm that the parameters are consistent with the production work order.
2. In manual/jog mode, run the robot trajectory without load to confirm that there is no interference or collision risk during the motion.
3. First, perform a single station simulation spray test to observe the continuity of the adhesive and the shape of the adhesive strip, and confirm that there are no bubbles or broken adhesive; After the trial spraying is qualified, the formal workpiece can be placed.
6、 Environment and supporting facilities
1. The temperature and humidity in the workshop meet the requirements of the glue process, avoiding fluctuations in glue viscosity caused by excessive temperature differences.
2. Prepare cleaning solvents, dust-free cloths, adhesive pads and other consumables, and prepare residual adhesive collection containers for handling abnormal situations.
