1. Feed conveying unit (front section)
      Feeding roller frame: thickened square tube frame, servo driven drum, overall frequency conversion or servo synchronous operation;
      Plate positioning component: photoelectric sensor, side blocking wheel, correction mechanism, identifying the starting position and actual width of the plate;
      Supporting table: ordinary rollers are used for thick plates; Thin plates are equipped with vacuum adsorption platforms to prevent edge warping and deviation;
      Transition roller conveyor: Connect with the front cutting machine to ensure smooth entry of the board into the glue spraying area.
2. Servo mobile glue spraying host (core execution part)
      Longmen crossbeam: thickened aluminum alloy or steel crossbeam;
      X-axis walking mechanism: servo motor+ball screw, linear guide rail; The glue rack  moves back and forth horizontally; Optional XY dual axis;
      Glue spraying assembly: diversion chamber, porous glue spraying strip, glue return  groove, reflux pipeline; Form a uniform adhesive curtain;
      Lifting mechanism: electric lifting, adjustable height of the glue head above the ground, suitable for different thicknesses of boards;
      Glue recycling system: Excess glue flows into the recycling box and flows back to the glue bucket through the filter screen.
3. Servo glue supply metering system (determines glue application accuracy)
      A-agent servo gear pump, B-agent servo gear pump (independent servo motor control);
      A. B material bucket: equipped with heating device, mixing device, and liquid level sensor;
      High pressure transmission pipeline, insulation sheath; Pressure sensor;
      Static mixer: thoroughly mix AB glue; Anti drip adhesive suction valve;
      Vacuum defoaming device: Remove internal bubbles in the glue to avoid missing glue bubbles in the board;
      Automatic cleaning components: clean solvent tank, cleaning pump, stop and rinse mixing head and glue chamber.
4. Electrical control system
      PLC controller, servo drive (Huichuan, Mitsubishi, etc.);
      10 inch touch screen with multiple built-in formulas;
      Encoder: Collect roller speed, glue pump speed, and beam walking position separately; Three synchronized linkage;
      Alarm module: Sound and light alarms for glue shortage, abnormal ratio, insufficient pressure, and servo failure;
      Communication port: 485 communication, can be connected to the backend hot press machine; Optional remote control module.
5. Discharge conveying and supporting equipment for the later stage (selected according to the production process)
      Discharge servo roller conveyor: synchronized with the conveying speed of the front section;
      Hot press leveling machine: After gluing, the board is pressed and shaped; Divided into cold pressing and hot pressing;
      Edge cutting saw: cutting excess edges and corners of the board after it has been shaped;
      Flip machine: Flip the board when making double-sided adhesive coating.
6. Peripheral auxiliary devices
      Exhaust gas system: pipeline+exhaust fan, to discharge volatile gas of adhesive;
      Rack cover: protects servo motors and screws to prevent glue from splashing in;
Cable drag chain and protective casing;
      The electrical control cabinet should be placed independently, away from glue mist to prevent corrosion of the circuit board.
