Containing powder filler and strong thixotropy, the screw extrusion provides uniform glue supply and discharge, without virtual glue or broken glue, making it a heat dissipation component coated valve body.
3. Single component epoxy adhesive, epoxy red adhesive, black adhesive
Medium viscosity, with filling powder, accurate quantification, suitable for electronic component fixation, patch reinforcement, PCB reinforcement and dispensing.
4. UV curable adhesive (universal UV adhesive, reinforced UV, filled UV)
Suitable for both low and medium viscosity, with stable linear dispensing and high precision in micro dispensing when combined with assembly line curing.
5. Polyurethane PU single component adhesive, elastic sealant

1. Two component AB adhesive, mixed curing adhesive

2. Quick drying glue, instant glue
The curing speed is extremely fast, and the gaps in the valve body are prone to gel and block the valve, making continuous production impossible.
3. Adhesive containing oversized hard particles and gravel like fillers
It will quickly scratch the clearance between the stator and rotor, directly losing its precision quantitative ability.
4. Strong corrosive solvents, strong acid and strong alkali raw materials
Corrosion of internal precision structures, resulting in glue leakage, glue stringing, and unstable glue dispensing.
4、 Summary of viscosity range adaptation
Low viscosity: Fluid adhesives with a viscosity of over 500cps can provide stable adhesive supply
Medium viscosity: universal adhesive, structural adhesive, UV adhesive
