       The entire production line is divided into six modules: glue supply metering system, vacuum defoaming chamber, conveying and transmission mechanism, heating and curing tunnel, vacuum pump system, and electrical control system. At the same time, it distinguishes between "daily inspection per shift" and "periodic maintenance", with risk warnings attached.
1、 Glue supply&metering mixing unit (in high failure areas, strict prevention of glue curing and pipe blockage)
Daily maintenance precautions
1. At the end of each shift, the mixing head, static mixing pipe, and glue filling valve must be cleaned
After mixing with AB glue, cross-linking and curing will occur. It is strictly prohibited to leave residual glue overnight; Use adhesive factory matched cleaning agent for cyclic rinsing.
Taboo: It is forbidden to use hard metal objects to scrape the inner wall of the valve body, as it may easily scratch the sealing surface, causing continuous dripping of glue and deviation of the ratio.
2. Inspection of storage buckets (A/B material cylinders)
Observe whether the heating and stirring functions are normal; Adhesive containing alumina and silica micro powder fillers, continuously stirred at low speed to prevent sedimentation of the fillers, which can wear down the metering pump and cause fluctuations in the dispensing ratio;
Check if there is any glue leakage in the sealing ring and window of the material bucket; Amine epoxy curing agent is recommended to be protected by dry nitrogen gas with slight positive pressure to avoid moisture absorption crystallization blocking the pipeline;
The filter screen is regularly cleaned, and impurities entering the gear pump/plunger pump can quickly cause wear on the pump body.
3. Metering pump (gear pump/plunger pump)
Pay attention to the stability of the adhesive in each class; Perform weight calibration every week to verify the accuracy of AB ratio. Once the ratio is imbalanced, the product may become dry, brittle, bubble like, and have poor insulation.
4. Pipeline and quick connector
Check whether the hose is swollen or leaking; Long term shutdown (≥ 3 days) must drain the entire set of pipeline glue and thoroughly clean it, and AB glue cannot be retained.
2、 Vacuum defoaming chamber system
1. Maintenance of cavity sealing (of utmost importance)
Clean the sealing groove of the cabin door in each shift, wipe off any glue overflow or dust; Adhesive stains can lead to poor sealing of the door and inability to apply vacuum.
Sealing strips are prohibited from being soaked in strong solvents for a long time; Replace promptly if hardening, gaps, or deformation occur.
Regular soap water leak detection: vacuum pipeline flanges, valves, and observation window joints.
2. Internal cleaning of the cavity
Timely clean up the bottom overflow and splashing residue glue; Curing large pieces of residual adhesive can scratch the workpiece, hinder transportation, and contaminate the cavity with volatile substances.
3. Supporting vacuum defoaming process
After filling the glue, do not immediately break the space. Follow the process to maintain pressure for a period of time to prevent the surface of the glue from solidifying and internal gas from escaping, forming pinholes.
4. Vacuum valves and pneumatic baffles
Regularly check the cylinder action, remove valve splash glue, and prevent sticking and inability to seal.
3、 Conveyor line (drum/mesh belt conveyor)
Remove the solidified adhesive blocks adhered to the surface of the conveyor belt and drum; The protruding rubber bump will tilt the workpiece, causing the sealing position to shift.
Check the chain/synchronous tension and adjust it in a timely manner; Add high-temperature resistant grease to the chain as needed (do not drip onto the workpiece).
Cleaning of limit blocks and positioning fixtures; Regularly calibrate the positional accuracy of the tooling.
Pay attention to the phenomenon of deviation: The mesh belt has been worn on one side for a long time, and adjust the deviation adjustment mechanism in a timely manner.
4、 Heating curing tunnel (temperature control stability directly affects curing effect)
1. Temperature inspection
Check the actual temperature and set value of each section in each shift; Wipe the surfaces of heating tubes and thermocouples with dust and glue mist. Thermocouple dust accumulation can cause inaccurate temperature measurement, resulting in local over drying/insufficient solidification.
2. Hot air circulation fan
Check for abnormal noise and vibration of the fan; Regular cleaning of the filter screen and blockage of the air duct can cause uneven temperature inside the tunnel and inconsistent degree of product curing.
3. Exhaust gas collection system
Heating epoxy and polyurethane will produce volatile compounds; Regularly clean the resin sludge condensed in the exhaust gas pipeline to prevent pipeline blockage and fire risk.
4. Wind curtains at the entrance and exit of the tunnel
Replace any damages promptly, reduce cold and hot air convection, stabilize the tunnel temperature field, and lower energy consumption.
Important reminder: Do not operate at excessive temperatures; Local overheating can easily cause the rubber material to boil and bubbles to burst inside the product.
5、 Vacuum pump and vacuum pipeline system
1. Visually inspect the oil level of the vacuum pump for each shift; Observe the condition of the oil.
If the oil appears white, emulsified, blackened, or has increased impurities, immediately change the oil (water vapor is sucked into the pump for emulsification, and the vacuum pumping ability drops sharply).
Original vacuum pump oil must be used, and mixing different grades of oil is prohibited.
2. Regularly drain and clean the air water separator and dust filter at the inlet of the vacuum pump;
Adhesive volatiles and water vapor entering the pump body can accelerate oil deterioration and corrode pump blades.
3. It is prohibited to frequently start and stop the vacuum pump during operation; Before long-term shutdown, dry air can be blown in to reduce internal water vapor condensation.
6、 Electrical and pneumatic control system
Keep the control cabinet dry and regularly blow away dust; Strictly prevent glue overflow and cleaning solvents from splashing into the electrical control box.
Triple components for air source treatment: daily discharge of accumulated water from the gas storage tank and filter; Compressed air containing water can corrode cylinders and affect the operation of vacuum valves.
Wipe the emergency stop switch, photoelectric sensor, and limit sensor clean. If covered with adhesive mist, it may cause signal loss and assembly line misoperation.
Save alarm records, continuously track alarms such as insufficient vacuum, overheating, and abnormal measurement, and predict faults in advance.
7、 General Safety&Process Maintenance Red Line (must be implemented)
Maintain workshop ventilation during cleaning operations, wear protective gloves and goggles; Cleaning agents should be kept away from heating tunnels to prevent the risk of flammability and explosion.
It is prohibited to disassemble the vacuum chamber and mixing head during equipment operation; Repair must be done by cutting off power and releasing pressure.
Establish maintenance ledger: cleaning records, vacuum pump oil change, seal replacement, measurement calibration, temperature calibration.
Distinguishing adhesive systems: epoxy PU、 Organic silicon cleaning agents cannot be mixed; Switching production between different types of adhesive requires a complete cleaning of the entire pipeline to prevent cross contamination of adhesive materials and abnormal solidification.
