The glue supply system can maintain a long-term accuracy of the ratio (conventional ± 0.3%~± 0.8%), relying on five layers of hardware measurement closed-loop, material storage stable temperature, real-time flow compensation, program logic correction, and pipeline anti-interference to offset the ratio drift caused by changes in glue viscosity, pressure, temperature, and liquid level from the root.
1、 Core metering unit: servo positive displacement pump closed-loop metering (basic hardware guarantee)
1. Servo driven gear pump/screw pump (volume quantitative core)
A. B glue independent servo motor driven separately, with a fixed displacement per revolution; The system controls the motor speed through pulse control, and the theoretical output glue quantity has no deviation.
Different from pneumatic pumps: Pneumatic feeding relies on air pressure fluctuations, and the ratio is prone to floating; The servo motor speed is real-time controllable, and the flow output is linearly stable.
2. Real time closed-loop feedback of high-precision flow sensors
Each rubber road is equipped with a small flow meter (gear type/Coriolis mass flow meter) to collect real-time instantaneous flow rate and cumulative rubber output, and the data is transmitted back to the PLC.
PLC compares the set flow value with the actual collected flow, dynamically adjusts the servo speed:
Actual flow rate is too low → increase motor speed;
Excessive flow → reduce speed;
Form multiple dynamic compensations per second to counteract pump wear and changes in adhesive resistance.
3. Volume calibration procedure
The device comes with an automatic calibration program: it automatically quantifies and weighs the glue when turned on, automatically corrects the pump displacement coefficient, and even slight wear and tear during long-term use of the pump will not cause any deviation in the ratio.
2、 Storage unit: eliminate viscosity fluctuations of glue
The viscosity of glue varies greatly with temperature, liquid level, and settling time. Changes in viscosity can cause the amount of glue to fluctuate at the same pump speed. The highly automated system performs triple stabilization treatment:
1. Independent constant temperature material bucket heating system
A. B glue bucket double-layer insulation jacket+PT100 temperature sensor, temperature control accuracy ± 0.5 ℃, keeps the glue constant at the standard process temperature.
Unified viscosity to avoid thickening of glue at low temperatures in winter and thinning at high temperatures in summer, resulting in unstable flow.
2. Low speed continuous automatic mixing
Regular/continuous mixing to prevent fillers, sedimentation, and color powder from sinking, ensuring uniform viscosity of the entire barrel of glue; Avoid inconsistent glue ratio caused by thick bottom and thin upper layer.
3. Vacuum defoaming and stable pressure storage of materials
Sealed material bucket with micro negative pressure vacuum defoaming to eliminate bubbles in the glue; Bubbles will occupy the pump chamber volume, directly reducing the actual glue output and causing an imbalance in the ratio.
The material bucket is equipped with a pressure sensor, which maintains a constant pressure and output to ensure a constant feed pressure at the pump inlet.
3、 Feed conveying: constant feed pressure to prevent fluctuations in suction and shortage of materials
1.55 gallon large barrel pressure plate pump automatic feeding
The pressure plate of the large barrel continuously applies downward pressure to ensure stable inlet pressure of the pump, and there will be no shortage of material at the bottom of the barrel, suction, or flow interruption;
The low automation equipment manually pours the material, and after the liquid level in the material bucket drops, the material pressure decreases, and the ratio continues to drift.
2. Multi channel buffer pressure storage tank
Add a buffer pressure storage tank in front of the pump to absorb the pulse pressure in the pipeline and avoid pressure shock during the start and stop of glue coating, which may cause instantaneous ratio deviation.
3. Multi stage precision filter
Three stage filtration before the pump, before the pump, and before the valve, to block the wear of packing particles and impurities on the pump body; The wear and tear of the pump cavity will directly damage the volumetric accuracy, and early filtration will prolong the service life of the measuring accuracy.
4、 Pipeline and execution end: eliminate end interference, prevent backflow and dripping from affecting the proportioning
1. Independent one-way check valve
Install one-way valves on both A/B rubber hoses to prevent high-pressure glue from flowing back and the two hoses from being mixed with each other after shutdown, thus avoiding the ratio imbalance during the initial start-up of the next machine.
2. Servo suction rubber valve
At the end of gluing, the servo reverse micro suction is used to prevent dripping and hanging of glue; Dripping can cause unexplained loss of single path adhesive and accumulate mixing errors.
3. Symmetrical design of pipe diameter and pipeline length
A. Match the length, inner diameter, and resistance of the B-adhesive conveying pipeline to reduce the pressure loss difference between the two routes and avoid one route being fast and the other being slow.
5、 PLC intelligent logic: multiple abnormal protection, pre blocking ratio failure
1. Real time alarm and locking of traffic deviation
The PLC compares the real-time flow rates of A and B to convert the actual ratio. Once the set tolerance (such as ± 1%) is exceeded, the machine will immediately shut down with an alarm, stop production, and prevent the mass production of defective products.
2. Liquid level linkage protection
The high and low liquid level sensors monitor the A/B material buckets, and provide early warning and shutdown when a single bucket is short of material or empty, to prevent the proportion from collapsing due to the suction of air by the empty pump.
3. Temperature linkage speed limit
If the glue temperature deviates from the set range, the system will automatically reduce the pump output speed and sound an alarm. High speed mass production is not allowed due to abnormal temperature.
4. Segmented flow compensation curve
PLC built-in viscosity compensation curve: The system automatically corrects the servo output coefficient based on real-time glue temperature, predicts viscosity changes in advance, compensates for flow rate in advance, and does not need to wait for ratio deviation before correction.
6、 Long term stability assistance mechanism
1. Automatic online cleaning
Regularly clean the mixing pipeline to prevent AB glue from solidifying and blocking the pipeline; Local blockage in the pipeline can directly compress the amount of glue produced in a single channel, damaging the proportioning.
2. Regular automatic calibration function
Support one click automatic calibration: The device automatically extrudes quantitative glue for weighing, automatically updates pump displacement parameters, and compensates for slight wear of the pump body after long-term use.
3. Data traceability records
The real-time ratio, temperature, and flow rate of each section of adhesive coating are stored, and any poor ratio can be traced back to the source of temperature, liquid level, and pump speed fluctuations.
